	New Floating Head Design - The disc spinners are now built within the lid system and contain a floating spring mechanism that automatically maintains pressure from disc to disc. Now you can repair 2 slightly different thickness discs at the same time, (not all discs are made exactly the same). This new design eliminates the need to tune the machine differently for PS 1 or other disc types that would normally require an adjustment. This means you can repair ALL disc types in one MACHINE without tuning! Repair a PS1 disc on one side, and a Blu-Ray on the other. This also allows you to repair the same discs multiple times without machine adjustments. New Upgraded Ball Bearings - We have upgraded the bearings to a new higher tolerance Stainless Steel Ball Bearing design. On top of smoother operation, the new spinner design makes changing them out a breeze, now anyone can maintain the machine with a Phillips screw driver and Allen key in a couple minutes. These new bearings are expected to last 2-3 times longer than standard bearings running quieter and longer than ever before. New Polish Pad Design - Not only is it thinner, (only .250" thick) but it lasts longer and provides a better cut rate and better finish. How It Works

The machine repairs the 2 discs simultaneously in one simple step. A liquid microabrasive formula (PoliCool™) is continuously recirculated onto a single polishing head which provides both the scratch removal and final polishing action while keeping the discs cool. The PoliCool™ is returned to its cartridge at the end of the cycle, leaving the discs dry and ready for a quick wipe to be put back in their cases. Repair up to 800 discs without changing any supplies.
