Synopsis

Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel - xXx, The Fast and the Furious) grew up on the mean streets of South Central LA. He knows everything there is to know about gang-members and drug traffickers because he was one of them. But now he is a member of a different gang - the elite, crack DEA agents brought in to bring down the virulent drug pipeline along the US/Mexican border. And Vetter has just made the catch of his life - bravely capturing notorious Baja Cartel kingpin Memo Lucero. But this daring arrest will have consequences that spin Vetter's life out of control.
When Vetter's wife is brutally targeted, the war suddenly becomes personal and now vengeance is his only master. Vetter will stop at nothing to avenge his wife's murder, edging dangerously close to the line between justice and lawlessness. And then crossing it. These actions will set him against the police unit to which he has dedicated his life. But a man with nothing to lose is a man who must stand apart.
