Synopsis
Places We Go is a documentary travel series that takes viewers on an intimate journey around the world. Filled with adventure and emotion, it is presented by TV presenter Jennifer Adams and former AFL footballer Clint Bizzell they not only explore some of the most stunning places on the planet, they meet the most incredible people. Each episode embraces the heart and soul of a country, while always enjoying the adventure, taste, sights, sounds and smells of a country. The style is fresh, raw, adventurous, heartfelt, compassionate, curious and often breathtaking. The two hosts always take a different friend along for the journey, keeping the documentary series refreshingly raw, real and spontaneous! Jen and Clint kick off the documentary series together exploring their own backyard fi nding out what makes the top end of Australia tick - (with their 4 month baby in toe!). It's a fascinating drive up the old telegraph route to Thursday and Horn Island home to some of the countries most remote communities and signifi cant war history. Touring Captain cook country, they meet some classic Aussie characters eat witchitee grubs and even catch a six foot shark!!
