Synopsis
Fresh from a traumatic tour of duty in Iraq, Sam Norwood (James DArcy) is forced to take a job as a Prison Officer in one of the UKs most brutal institutions. On the inside he learns the ropes from his colleagues, a bunch of hardened screws, while dealing with the dangerous criminals and thugs that make up the prison population. Turning to drink and drugs to cope with the stresses and strains of the job and his military past, Norwoods life begins to spiral out of control. SCREWED is a dark, gritty thriller set in a dangerous underworld of prison life overwhelmed by corruption and explosive violence.
